Introducing our Louisiana Red, which is our twist on a classic Louisiana Style Hot Sauce.

We roast fresh Cayenne Peppers over fire before slowly cooking all ingredients to create a unique, fire roasted, smokey Hot Sauce. Like all of our sauces, it’s gluten-free, preservative free and Vegan friendly. Dip, marinade, or cook with it and be sure to try it out with your favourite foods.

We gave this a 1 chili on our Heatometer because although it does have a slight kick, this ones all about flavour!

Launched at this year's Flavours of Fingal event it's quickly taking off! It was definitely the fan favourite through out the weekend and we were blown away by all the feedback on the day and since. If you've been wanting to try our brand but aren't a great fan of heat, this one's definitely for you.. If it still has too much of a kick for you, use our old trick and mix it with mayonnaise to reduce the spice without losing the flavour.

Great lasting burn

Saw this in a sandwich shop today and the owner let me try some. So good I had to buy a bottle. Such an amazing flavour and really balanced flavour. Some hot sauces are hot for the sake of it, this is NOT the case here. Packed full of flavour and not the butter vinegar taste associated with others. Such a pleasant heat and afterburner, just the right amount. Was gonna have it on wings but decided on chopped up. Chicken goujons and lettuce in wee pitta breads, topped off with this beauty. What an excellent and fully enjoyable dinner. Best hot sauce I've ever had. Definitely have to try the rest in the range.
