Ingredients:
- Your leftover roast chicken, potatoes, and stuffing
- Ready-to-use gyoza or dumpling wrappers
- Gravy (We used gravy granules as the base)
- Little Red's Everyday Hot Sauce - the secret weapon to spice things up!

Let's Get Cooking:

  1. Chop & Mix: Start by finely chopping your roast chicken, potatoes, and stuffing. Toss them together in a bowl like they’re having a little party!

  1. Gravy Time: Pour in the leftover gravy to get everything nice and mingling. This is where the flavors start to marry!

  1. Wrap it Up: Take a spoonful of your roast mix and lovingly place it onto a gyoza wrapper. It’s like tucking your leftovers into a cosy, crispy blanket.

  1. Sizzle & Fry: Heat a pan with a little oil – we’re going for golden perfection here. Place each gyoza with the stuffed side down and fry each side for about 5 minutes or until they reach your desired level of crunch and colour.

  1. Spice Up the Gravy: In another pot, whip up your gravy and stir in 3 generous tablespoons of Little Red's Everyday Hot Sauce. This is where the magic happens!

  1. Serve & Enjoy: Once your gyozas are looking irresistibly crispy, it’s time to plate up. Drizzle (or drench, we don’t judge) them with your spicy gravy and get ready for a flavour explosion.

Sin e – your leftover roast transformed into a sensational fusion dish! Not only did you save your leftovers from being forgotten, but you also created something uniquely delicious.

Remember, cooking is all about creativity and fun, especially when Little Red's is involved. We’d love to see your masterpieces, so share your gyoza creations with us on social media using #LittleRedsKitchen.
