Delivery FAQs

All orders are processed within a business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following day.

All Nationwide deliveries (Ireland) will be dispatched 1-2 days from order - excluding weekend orders, which will be dispatched for delivery the Monday after. 

Please note that there could be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control. If this happens, we will be sure to keep you informed. Please contact us directly at or @littleredssauces if you have any questions or concerns.

We currently deliver to the following regions:

Ireland, Northern Ireland, the UK & some European Countries (see below)

Zone 1: Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg & Netherlands.

Zone 2: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark & Poland. 

Zone 3: Hungry, Lithuania, Slovakia & Slovenia.

Zone 4: Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Spain & Sweden. 

Zone 5: Croatia, Finland & Portugal.

What are your Standard Delivery Charges?

Standard Delivery Charge on all orders (Ireland & NI Only): €6.50

Zone 1 Countries: €15.00

Zone 2 Countries: €16.00

Zone 3 Countries: €18.00

Zone 4 Countries: €20.00

Zone 5 Countries: €20.00

What are your delivery times?

Ireland Delivery Times: 2 - 3 Business Days.

UK Delivery Time: 3 - 5 Business Days.

Zone 1 - Zone 5: 5 Business Days. 

Any orders placed after 4 pm Friday will be processed the following Monday / Tuesday. 

Orders placed after 5 pm Monday - Thursday will be processed the following day. 



We are currently only delivering to Ireland, the UK & Some European Countries.

The following area are excluded from this service: America, Canada, Andorra, Faroe Islands, Greenland, Aland, Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, La Reunion, Franz, French Guyana, St. Pierre & Miquelon Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Wallis & Futuna, Madeira, Azores, San Marino, Sardinia, Livignio, Melilla & Ceuta, Balearic, Canary Islands. 

  • All rates are per parcel Transit Times are in working days and are subject to change based on ongoing global supply chain issues.
  • Different rates apply for import service, available on request
  • Non-conveyable surcharge of €7.50 per parcel & oversize charge of €15 will apply (see below).

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns Policy 

We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
