We want you to be happy with your Little Red’s Sauces order. If something is wrong, please get in touch and we will help.

Email Contact@LittleRedsSauces.com, including your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Our 30-day returns offer

In addition to your statutory rights, you can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for this additional offer, products must be unused and unopened, with their seals intact and in their original packaging. Please provide your order number or another proof of purchase.

Email us before sending anything back so we can arrange the return and provide instructions.

For an accepted change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct return-postage cost. Please package glass bottles and jars securely and retain proof of posting.

Under this additional offer, we refund the amount paid for accepted returned products. Original delivery charges are refunded where required by law. If we have already promised you more generous return arrangements, we will honour them.

Your statutory right to cancel an online order

Where the statutory cancellation right applies, you can cancel your online purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Send us a clear statement by email or post that you wish to cancel. You do not need our approval to exercise this right.

You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling, unless we agree otherwise. You are responsible for the direct return-postage cost for a change-of-mind cancellation.

For an eligible cancellation of the whole order, we refund the goods and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Any additional amount paid for a more expensive delivery option is not refundable.

We reimburse eligible statutory cancellations without undue delay and within 14 days of being told about the cancellation. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever happens first.

Certain legal exceptions can apply, including to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. We do not treat all food products as automatically excluded from cancellation rights.

These exceptions do not remove your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

A statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.
The products you wish to return.
Your order number, if available.
The date ordered and the date received.
Your name and address.
The date of your cancellation notice.
Your signature, if sending the notice on paper.

Broken bottles or jars

If bottles or jars break in transit, contact us with your order number and, where safe, photographs of the damage. We will replace your order free of charge.

Please do not return broken glass.

Our replacement promise is additional to your statutory rights and does not prevent you from requesting another remedy available under consumer law.

Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed products

Please contact us if your order is faulty, incorrect, damaged or not as described.

We will resolve the issue in accordance with your consumer rights. Where a return is necessary because of a fault or our error, we will arrange or cover reasonable return costs.

Your statutory rights are not limited to our additional 30-day returns offer. They also apply to products bought at a sale price.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise with you.

For accepted returns under our additional 30-day offer, we aim to process the refund promptly and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the payment.
