These terms apply to purchases from www.littleredssauces.com and use of our website.

Products and product information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, allergen information, quantities and prices.

Please read the ingredient, allergen and storage information for each product before purchasing and follow the instructions supplied with your order. Contact us if you need clarification.

As our sauces are handmade, small variations in appearance can occur. This does not affect your right to receive products that are safe, of satisfactory quality and as described.

Orders and payment

Please check your products, quantities, delivery address and contact details before completing your purchase.

The checkout shows the amount payable, including the applicable delivery charge and any taxes collected through checkout. Available payment methods are displayed there.

We send an email confirming the details of your order. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error.

If we cannot fulfil an order because of unavailable stock, a genuine pricing error or another problem, we will contact you promptly to explain the position. We will not substitute products or charge a higher price without your agreement. If the order cannot proceed, we will refund any payment taken for the cancelled goods and any related delivery charge that is due back to you.

Prices and promotions

Prices and offers may change for future purchases. Changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order.

Discounts are subject to the conditions communicated with the offer, including any eligibility requirements, expiry dates and combination restrictions. Any applicable discount is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery

We use An Post for delivery. Our destinations, charges, dispatch arrangements and estimated delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If your order is delayed, missing or damaged, please contact us. We remain responsible for resolving delivery problems in accordance with your consumer rights.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Our Refund Policy explains our additional 30-day returns offer, statutory cancellation rights and arrangements for faulty or damaged goods.

Nothing in these terms or our policies limits your statutory rights.

Using our website

You must not use the website unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with its operation or misuse another person’s information.

Our branding, photographs, written content and other original website materials are protected by intellectual property rights. Personal browsing and sharing links are welcome. Please ask permission before reproducing our content commercially.

Reviews and feedback

Please submit honest reviews based on your own experience. Reviews must not contain unlawful material, another person’s private information or content that infringes someone else’s rights.

Reviews submitted for publication may be displayed through our review service. Private customer-service messages are not treated as permission to publish your personal information.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used when you browse, contact us, subscribe or purchase.

Shopify processes information to operate our store and provide its services. Where Shopify’s enhanced services are enabled, this can include services informed by interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our responsibilities

We are responsible for meeting our obligations under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by Irish law. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring proceedings that apply in your country of residence.

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version applicable when you place your order continues to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
